Scott Bernstein - founder and Director of Operations has been awarded as Agent of the Year from the National Association of Bail Enforcement Agents for three consecutive years. He also served as a Board Member and NY State representative. He was also awarded Agent of the Year by the International Association where he also held a seat on the Board of Directors. He also received an award for his dedication and achievements to the Bail Industry for a decade of service from 1990-2000.
Bernstein was and is a member of several organizations such as PBUS, life member of the Law Enforcement Alliance of America, Citizens Against Homicide, Associated Licensed Detectives, National Association of Investigative Specialists, New York Sheriffs' Association, Fraternal Order of Police, Police Athletic League and was included in Who's Who in America in 2000 and added to the International directory of Who's Who in 2002.
